Position Overview
We’re seeking a licensed Remote Insurance Agent to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients across multiple states to assess their needs, provide expert recommendations, and help them secure life, health, or supplemental coverage that fits their goals.
You’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while enjoying the support, training, and lead systems of an experienced, reputable agency. Whether you’re an established producer or just getting started in the industry, we provide the tools, carrier access, and mentorship to help you grow your book of business.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Educate customers on life, health, Medicare, and supplemental products.
- Manage client relationships from quote to enrollment and renewal.
- Work independently to follow up with leads, referrals, and existing policyholders.
- Stay current on industry trends, carrier updates, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold JPH’s standards for ethical, client-first service.
Qualifications
- Active state insurance license (Life & Health required).
- Proven sales experience in insurance or financial services (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication and people skills — friendly, professional, and trustworthy.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and relationship-building habits.
- Tech-savvy and able to use CRM systems, quoting tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
